Just in time for the holidays, this creamy parfait is a delicious blend of cake, pudding and spicy whipped cream. So much better than your traditional pumpkin pie.

Ingredients
  • 1 spice cake (along with ingredients to prepare cake)
  • 1 pkg. pumpkin pudding
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
  1. Prepare cake according to package directions. Cool completely.
  2. In mixing bowl, prepare pudding according to package directions. Set aside.
  3. In separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until softened.
  4. Add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Mix in sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Cut cake into small cubes or crumble into bite size pieces.
  7. In large parfait dish or in several small parfait dishes, layer cake, pudding and whipped cream to fill dishes, ending with whipped cream layer.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
  9. Serve.
