Creamy Pumpkin Parfait

Just in time for the holidays, this creamy parfait is a delicious blend of cake, pudding and spicy whipped cream. So much better than your traditional pumpkin pie.
Ingredients
- 1 spice cake (along with ingredients to prepare cake) shopping list
- 1 pkg. pumpkin pudding shopping list
- 1 pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 2 C. heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare cake according to package directions. Cool completely.
- In mixing bowl, prepare pudding according to package directions. Set aside.
- In separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until softened.
- Add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut cake into small cubes or crumble into bite size pieces.
- In large parfait dish or in several small parfait dishes, layer cake, pudding and whipped cream to fill dishes, ending with whipped cream layer.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
- Serve.
