This is another Light and Tasty recipe but Im not putting it in as light.. this is delicious.. makes a beautiful center piece for the table.. Use any type of fruit you want in this to change it up

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding (1 ounce)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (8 ounces)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 carton frozen whipped topping (12 ounces) thawed and divided
  • 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 pint blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, wisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in pudding mixture and 1 cup whipped topping.
  4. Place a third of the cake cubes in a 4 qt trifle bowl.
  5. Top with a third of the pudding mixture, a third of the berries and half of the remaining whipped topping.
  6. Repeat layers once.
  7. Top with remaining cake, pudding and berries.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
  9. You cake use pound cake cubes in this or any other type of cake if you want . Change the fruit up...

Sounds good and it could be really made light for those that wanted to use sugar free and fat free ingredients. Easily done, great post.
