A quick but flavorful sauce for asian appetizers,gyozas,eggrolls,pot stickers,dumplings.Authnetic taste. You will find many uses for it.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tblsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp.Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic,minced
  • 1 Tsp.grated fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 Cup chopped Green Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp.crushed dried chili peppers,or 1 Tblsp.Oriental Hot chili oil

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.Let sit 30 minutes.Keeps for weeks chilled.
