Harvest Salad

- 1/2 Cup walnuts shopping list
- 1 bunch spinach,rinsed,dried and torn into bite-sized pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup blue cheese shopping list
- 2 tomatoes,chopped shopping list
- 1 avocado,peeled,pitted and diced shopping list
- 1/2 red onion,thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 Tblsp.red raspberry jam shopping list
- 2 Tblsp red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.Arrange walnuts in a single layer on baking sheet.Toast in oven 5 minutes,or until nuts begin to brown.Remove from oven.
- In large bowl,toss together the spinach,walnuts,cranberries,blue cheese,tomatoes,avocado and onion.
- In small bowl,whisk together jam,vinegar,oil,salt and pepper.Pour over salad just before serve,toss to coat.
