How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.Arrange walnuts in a single layer on baking sheet.Toast in oven 5 minutes,or until nuts begin to brown.Remove from oven.
  • In large bowl,toss together the spinach,walnuts,cranberries,blue cheese,tomatoes,avocado and onion.
  • In small bowl,whisk together jam,vinegar,oil,salt and pepper.Pour over salad just before serve,toss to coat.
