Blt Macaroni Salad Recipe

This is for those who don't like mac. or potato salad. It is one side dish that I love to make with hamburgers. And it is asked for when we have family get togethers!

Ingredients
- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 5 green onions (chopped)
- 1 large tomato (diced)
- 1 1/4 c. celery (diced)
- 1 1/4 c. mayo.
- 5 tea. vinegar
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1 lb. bacon (crumbled)
Directions
- Cook macaroni.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In large bowl, mix macaroni, onions, tomatoes and celery.
- In small bowl, mix mayo., vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour over macaroni.
- Mix well
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- Add bacon before serving.
