Horseradish Mash

- 2 3/4 to 3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces shopping list
- 1 Cup half and half shopping list
- 1 stick of unsalted Kerrygold butter, in pieces shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/3 Cup horseradish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and drain the potatoes
- Mash until almost smooth
- In a small skillet over medium, melt butter.
- Stir the butter into potatoes and add Half and Half and horseradish
- Season with salt and pepper
