These were ok, perfect for a chocolate fix but I was hoping for more peanut butter taste.
These are a brownie bar and not a cookie bar. It's very similar to the brownie recipe on the back of the Reese's Peanut Butter Chip bag but with more butter and flour. So it's a denser, chewier brownie than a fudgy brownie but I didn't find it had a cookie texture either.
Next time I would use all peanut butter chips and hope for more peanut butter flavor, the chocolate is too over whelming in these to taste the chips. My peanut butter hating husband thought it was butterscotch chips!
Anyways, not what I was hoping for but the kids still loved them! More like 31/2 stars.
