Best Ever Talaipa Parmesan Recipe
This is a fish recipe that I came across on another website that everyone I cook it for absolutely adores! Hope you like it !

Ingredients
  • 4 fresh(or thawed frozen) talapia filets
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter or margerine
  • dash of mrs. dash or seasoning salt
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions
  1. EASY EASY EASY- just mix ingerdients together and set aside. Place filets on a shallow baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray and broil for two minutes. Remove and flip filets and briol another two minutes. After broiling both sides two minutes, thickly spread parmesan cheese mixture over the top of filets, and broil about another two minutes until topping is golden and bubbly. ENJOY!
  2. Best served with lemon slices on top!

I Like the sound of this especially since it is so fast. Talapia is one of my favorite fish it takes on any flavor.
I think some capers and a little olive drizzled on top after they were broiled would be nice.
