Ingredients
  • 2 tomatoes cut in slices
  • 1 cucumber (small) cut in slices
  • 1 green pepper cut in slices
  • 1 onion cut in slices
  • 1 spoonful of caper (usually we use the berries but the leaves can be used as well)
  • 1/2 table spoonful of dried oregano
  • 10 black olives
  • feta cheese, cut in pieces
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • wine vinegar
  • salt

Directions
  1. Wash and cut the vegetables
  2. Add the olive oils, the caper and all the other ingredients and mix well.

My Austrian mother made this salad all the time, (minus the feta cheese). It is absolutely wonderful with fresh garden vegies. Thanks!
