  • HONEY DIJON PASTA & HAM
  • 8 ounces (4 cups) uncooked farfelle (bow tie) pasta
  • 2 cups Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 ounces (2 cups) 97% fat-free cooked ham, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 1 (1-pound) package frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)

Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mustard and honey in small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
  3. Place ham and onion in 12-inch nonstick skillet.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until ham is lightly browned (3 to 4 minutes).
  5. Add vegetables. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  7. Add cooked pasta and sour cream mixture; stir gently to coat.
  8. Cook until heated through (1 to 2 minutes).
