Honey Dijon Pasta and Ham

- honey DIJON pasta & ham shopping list
- 8 ounces (4 cups) uncooked farfelle (bow tie) pasta shopping list
- 2 cups light sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 12 ounces (2 cups) 97% fat-free cooked ham, cubed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 1 (1-pound) package frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mustard and honey in small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
- Place ham and onion in 12-inch nonstick skillet.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until ham is lightly browned (3 to 4 minutes).
- Add vegetables. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add cooked pasta and sour cream mixture; stir gently to coat.
- Cook until heated through (1 to 2 minutes).
