How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, Parmesan cheese, minced sage and pepper.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup cream.
  • Turn onto floured surface; knead 5 times.
  • Transfer dough to a baking sheet coated with non stick spray.
  • Pat into a 6 inch circle; cut 8 wedges, but do not separate.
  • Brushing remaining cream over dough.
  • Press a safe leaf onto the top of each wedge.
  • Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Serve warm.
