Cherry Parfaits Recipe

	Debra47 / All my dishes 2 years, 8 months ago This is a favorite dessert my Mom used to make. It takes minutes to make, is very easy, and the combination of cherries, whipped cream and sour cream is out of this world. Prep:10m Cook:120m Servings:6	Debra47
	parfait cream vanilla cherries

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Dash of salt

1 cup sour cream

2 1/2 cups cherry pie filling

Directions

Whip the cream with sugar, vanilla, and salt.

Fold in the sour cream.

Alternate layers of creams with the pie filling.

Top with single cherry.

Chill for about 2 hours

Dessert looks best in glass sundae dishes.
