How to make it

  • In a bowl, stir strawberries, 2 Tablespoons sugar, balsamic vinegar and tarragon. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. *Brush tops of pastry shells with milk, sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 22 min. Remove from oven and remove tops, set aside.
  • Return shells to oven for additional 2 minutes. Remove from oven and brush inside of shells with strawberry jam. Spoon 1/2 cup strawberry salad into each shell. Rest top on the side and garnish with tarragon or mint sprigs and serve. Makes 6 servings =D
