How to make it

  • Sautee garlic in a little oil in a small saucepan until fragrant and softened, about 5 minutes
  • Add other ingredients to pan
  • Simmer on low heat, stirring often, until sauce is thick and less vinegary
  • Toss with pulled pork until coated- be careful- a little goes a long way!

    Every time we make a pork loin, we have about four thick slices left that I pull apart for sammies.
