How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  • Arrange the drained fruit in an ungreased 8-inch square or 7"x11" glass baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl ,beat eggs with a wire whish until blended.
  • Beat in 1/4 cup flour,1/4 cup sugar,1 cup sour cream, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour over fruit.
  • In the same bowl, mix all the topping ingredients until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  • Bake 30 to 40 minutes,or until topping is gloden brown and center is set.
  • Cool at least 15 minutes;serve warm.
  • Store custard in refrigerator.
