Streusel Fruit Custard

- fruit shopping list
- 15 1/4 oz.can sliced pears, drained shopping list
- 15 1/4 oz. can sliced peaches, drained shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp.nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 cup(1/2 stick) unsalted butter,softened shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Arrange the drained fruit in an ungreased 8-inch square or 7"x11" glass baking dish.
- In a medium bowl ,beat eggs with a wire whish until blended.
- Beat in 1/4 cup flour,1/4 cup sugar,1 cup sour cream, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour over fruit.
- In the same bowl, mix all the topping ingredients until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes,or until topping is gloden brown and center is set.
- Cool at least 15 minutes;serve warm.
- Store custard in refrigerator.
