Prosciutto Tortellini Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook tortellini according to pkg. directions.
  • Meanwhile,in large skillet,combine flour,and cream until smooth:stir in the cheeses. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 mins. or until thickened. Reduce heat.
  • Drain tortellini;add to cheese sauce. Stir in the prosciutto ,peas and pepper. Cook 5 mins. till heated thru.

    This does look delicious! Easy and quick. I make a soup with the cheese tortellini, and we love it. Thanks for sharing.
