Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

All the best flavors of Buffalo wings are combined to make these easy spicy sandwiches!

Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup hot pepper sauce
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 4 Kaiser rolls, halved
- 4 lettuce leaves
- CHICKEN
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves with skin
- All purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Blue Cheese Dressing, home made or purchased
Directions
- Stir pepper sauce, butter, dressing mix in heavy saucpan over low heat
- Cook and stir until sauce is smooth
- Arrange roll bottoms on plate
- Top each with lettuce leaf and 2 tablespoons sauce
- CHICKEN BREASTS
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, dust lightly with flour
- Then brush chicken generously with remaining sauce
- Dust lightly with flour AGAIN
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
- Add chicken, saute until brown, about 5 minutes on each side
- When done, place chicken on bun and top with more Blue Cheese Dressing

This looks like it will work. I thought because it was a breast instead of a wing that it could be dry but the sauce makes up for that. Its a good post. Thanks for sharing it.
