Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tbl vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix paprika through onion powder together.
  3. Rub one side of chicken breast with mixture
  4. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat for 15 minutes
  5. Place chicken in hot pan, seasoned side down and cook for 1 min
  6. Turn and cook 1 min on other side
  7. Place chicken in a lightly greased cookie sheet
  8. Bake in over for 10 - 15 minutes
