Pasta With Smoked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

300g Smoked Salmon

500g Butter

Splash of white wine

Packet of butterfly pasta

2tsp parsly chopped

2tsp basil chopped

250ml cream

Directions

Drop the pasta into boiling water and cook until tender, strain. In a heavy pan over high hrat add butter and melt. Add cream,wine and reduce. When the cream has reduced and thickened add parsley and basil. Stir ,then turn off heat and fold in the Salmon. Mix with pasta and serve
