How to make it

  • Drop the pasta into boiling water and cook until tender, strain. In a heavy pan over high hrat add butter and melt. Add cream,wine and reduce. When the cream has reduced and thickened add parsley and basil. Stir ,then turn off heat and fold in the Salmon. Mix with pasta and serve
