This is a great dish with a bunch a different flavors mixed together!.. A very good Friend gave this to me. I love it!

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs small instant coconut cream pudding
  • 2 (8oz) cool whip
  • 1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 sm cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 pkg fudge striped cookies

Directions
  1. Mix pudding and buttermilk. Add cool whip and fruit. Crush cookies
  2. and keep 1/2 cup for the top. Add rest to mixture. Sprinkle cookies on top and refrigerate.
  3. Makes a 9 x 13 pan or I have put it in a trifo also
