How to make it

  • Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions, then rinse in cold water and drain.
  • Brush salmon lightly with some pesto or olive oil.
  • Broil or bake salmon until it flakes easily with a fork (about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees). Cool briefly, then flake entire salmon steak and refrigerate.
  • Thin the pesto with a little olive oil (about 2-3 Tbs.)
  • Gently mix all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate until served. Best when refrigerated overnight.

    How funny I was just looking through foodies and saw your avatar and it made me laugh I thought to myself " there must be something a bit wrong with me " oh well. Then I click on this recipe and see it's you again :) Anyway, this recipe is one I've made many times, It's also great with a white vodka sauce and grape tomatoes.
