    Yes this is a wonderful soup, I love shitaki and all mushrooms. I put in criminis to up the mushroom volume. I also like some scallions to garnish at the end.

    Sounds excellent. I will try it soon--I love Shiitake mushrooms with pasta. By the way, your recipes that involve meat seem to be very adaptable for vegetarians. That is much appreciated.
