Ingredients

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced green pepper

2 Tbs. chopped green olives

2 Tbs. chopped black olives

2 Tbs. chopped green chiles

2tsp. white vinegar

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

fresh ground black pepper-to taste

8 corn tortillas

1/4 cup shredded,cheddar cheese

Directions

combine first 8 ingredients

cut each tortilla into 8 pie shapes(64 natchos)

spoon about 1 1/2 tsp. of vegitables on each natcho

devide cheese evenly over vegitables

broil,6" from flame' for 1-2 minutes,until cheese ismetled.
