Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts, drained (14 oz)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

dash of salt

1 to 2 jalapenos, seeded

3 dashes of your favorite hot sauce

juice of 1/4 lemon

1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.

Pulse a couple times until all is chopped..

Serve with assorted veggies, chips, or crackers.
