Cheese Beer Spread

- 1 small edam or gouda cheee round,room temp. shopping list
- 1/4 lb unsalted butter ,room temp.,cubed shopping list
- 3/4 c beer shopping list
- 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2t dry mustard shopping list
- 1T. grated onion shopping list
- Rye bread Rounds shopping list
How to make it
- Cut a 2" circle from top of cheese,reserve. Scoop out inside of cheese,leaving a shell 1/4" thick
- Combine the cheese and the butter in a blender and blend on high speed till smooth.
- Gradually add beer,adding just enough for spreadable mix. mix in mustard and onions. Stuff cheese shell with mix. Cover with top and chill.
- Note: Use enough beer to make soft spreadable chees
