How to make it

  • Cut a 2" circle from top of cheese,reserve. Scoop out inside of cheese,leaving a shell 1/4" thick
  • Combine the cheese and the butter in a blender and blend on high speed till smooth.
  • Gradually add beer,adding just enough for spreadable mix. mix in mustard and onions. Stuff cheese shell with mix. Cover with top and chill.
  • Note: Use enough beer to make soft spreadable chees

    This one I have to try - I love gouda or edam, and the combination with the beer and mustard sounds fantastic...thanks for sharing a family favorite, P!
