Ingredients
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. splenda
  • 4-7 icecubes (more cubes will make the smoothie thicker)

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients into blender or food processor and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
  3. *If you are using a food processor, it works better to put your ice cubes in first and add ingredients after you've crushed the icecubes!
