Meatloaf Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place meat in large mixing bowl
  • Add in all other ingredients
  • Mix well using hands or I like to use a potato masher
  • Shape into loaf and place in loaf pan or roaster
  • Drizzle ketchup over top - as much as you like
  • Place strips of bacon over top and tuck under sides of meatloaf.
  • Bake uncovered 45 min - 1 hour.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before slicing

    I made this tonight and everyone loved it--even though I forgot the onion soup mix. Imagine what they will think the next time I make it the correct way. Very moist!
