Meatloaf

I've played around with several meatloaf recipes, but this one is my favorite.
Ingredients
- 1.5lbs lean ground beef shopping list
- 1lb ground pork shopping list
- 1pkg applewood smoked bacon shopping list
- 1/2c Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4c. ketchup plus more for drizzling shopping list
- 1 envelope lipton beefy onion soup mix shopping list
- 8-10 shakes worshtishire sauce shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Place meat in large mixing bowl
- Add in all other ingredients
- Mix well using hands or I like to use a potato masher
- Shape into loaf and place in loaf pan or roaster
- Drizzle ketchup over top - as much as you like
- Place strips of bacon over top and tuck under sides of meatloaf.
- Bake uncovered 45 min - 1 hour.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
