Fudge Pecan Sauce

This rich cream sauce can be used on ice cream, plain chocolate cakes or brownies... this will jazz up any dessert...you could also use this to dunk pound cake chunks in or angel food cake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi chocolate pieces (6 oz) shopping list
- 1/2 cup light cream or half and half shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecan halves shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate pieces with cream in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
- Cool slightly; stir in nuts.
- Serve warm....
