I didn't see this first. I'd mix some ketchup with the meatloaf mix before baking. It makes it even sweeter, and you could leave out the Worcestershire sauce for those who don't like it.

My mom says this is almost like the one HER mom taught her. I've had that and it's delicious! She says she always adds sage, oregano and thyme, though. If I make this, I'll skip the ginger.
