Thank you for posting this Pocket recipe, I have fresh basil and spinach and the rest of the ingredients, all I need is some dough for the crust then I will be able to make your Chicken Spinach And Cheese Pocket Sandwich. Those great photos will come in handy.

I really do think that bisquick woul be too heavy for this kind of result. But no harm in trying!

Hi! I can't believe nobody ever noticed this recipe!! The only thing I don't have is the pastry sheet, but I was wondering if I could do some bisquick dough in its place? I was looking for a recipe kind of like a hot pocket, but where I can control the ingredients, sodium, fat content, etc. I had a sample of this chicken stuffed bread at Costco, and I thought I could make it less than 550 calories w/ 22 grams of fat...ouch! Anyways, your recipe and pictures are wonderful! Have a happy 4th!
