Ingredients
  • 1 lb Velveeta chesse,cubed
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 2 lbs Frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 lb bacon,cooked & crumbled

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt Velveeta in heavy pan over low heat,stirring occaisonally.Add mayo & potatoes to cheese & mix well.Put into a 9x13 shallow baking dish & top with bacon.Bake uncovered 35-40 mins or until bubbly & golden brown.
