Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe
this is the easiest fudge to make and the creamiest to taste for a really rich flavor i use a good dark choc with approx 70 percent cocoa content

Ingredients
  • 1 lb 2 ozs dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup sweet butter
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vaniila essence

Directions
  1. lightly grease an 8 inch square cake pan
  2. break choc into pieces and place in a large saucepan with the butter
  3. and condensed milk
  4. heat gently stirring until the chocolate and butter melts and the mixture is smooth
  5. do not allow to boil
  6. remove the pan from the heat. beat in vanilla essence
  7. beat the mixture for a few minutes until thickened
  8. .pour into prepared pan level the top
  9. chill in fridge until firm
  10. tip the fudge out onto a cutting board cut into squares & serve

I'm wondering if I can use canned coconut milk in replace of sweetened condensed milk, it makes me really sick. But this sounds so good, and I like the way you are using good quality (dark) chocolate here. You know I've never made fudge, I'm thinking if I make this, I'm going to add pistachios, what do you think?
