Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb 2 ozs dark chocolate

1/3 cup sweet butter

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 tsp vaniila essence

Directions

lightly grease an 8 inch square cake pan

break choc into pieces and place in a large saucepan with the butter

and condensed milk

heat gently stirring until the chocolate and butter melts and the mixture is smooth

do not allow to boil

remove the pan from the heat. beat in vanilla essence

beat the mixture for a few minutes until thickened

.pour into prepared pan level the top

chill in fridge until firm

tip the fudge out onto a cutting board cut into squares & serve
