A simple recipe for picky people! I have a friend who puts cheese in hers between the beef mixture and the corn.

Ingredients
- 1 ib ground beef (I use 93/7)
- 1 medium can corn
- Mashed potatoes (About 4-6 servings)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Butter
Directions
- (If making your own mashed potatoes, start them now!)
- Brown ground beef and place in bowl.
- Add cream of chicken soup to the beef.
- Pour into glass baking dish and spread evenly.
- Pour drained corn evenly on top of the beef mixture.
- Put mashed potatoes on top of that and spread evenly.
- Put a few small pats of butter on top.
- Bake in oven at 350 for 10 minutes or so just to heat together.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes before eating so it sets up a little.
