How to make it

  • With a large bowl put the chopped lettuce in the bottom, then the onions, cauliflower and ending with the cooked, chopped bacon.
  • DO NOT STIR
  • In a medium sized bowl mix the mayonnaise & Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread over the top of the bacon.
  • Let it set overnight in the fridge, then toss.

    Just FYI, I don't think mine called for sitting in the fridge overnight. In that case, I certainly wouldn't add cashews until just before eating.............just in case anyone thought they might like the cashews!!

    Oh I made this once. It was pretty good. Mine also called for cashews which were a nice addition. Thanks for the recipe, I've misplaced mine.

    How wonderful and easy! I love your pics! I have a brother-in-law that lives in Alaska, but they are moving to Colorado this year and I never got to make it up there, but we are supposed to take a fishing trip up there in a couple of years...I can't wait. My husband has been there several times (always in the early summer) and loved it! Take care!
