Layered Lettuce Salad Aka Bad Breath Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Lettuce, chopped

red onions, sliced

cauliflower, chopped

bacon, cooked & crumbled

*TOPPING*

1 Cup salad dressing (mayonnaise)

1/2 Cup Kraft Parmesan cheese

Directions

With a large bowl put the chopped lettuce in the bottom, then the onions, cauliflower and ending with the cooked, chopped bacon.

DO NOT STIR

In a medium sized bowl mix the mayonnaise & Parmesan cheese.

Spread over the top of the bacon.

Let it set overnight in the fridge, then toss.

How wonderful and easy! I love your pics! I have a brother-in-law that lives in Alaska, but they are moving to Colorado this year and I never got to make it up there, but we are supposed to take a fishing trip up there in a couple of years...I can't wait. My husband has been there several times (always in the early summer) and loved it! Take care!

Just FYI, I don't think mine called for sitting in the fridge overnight. In that case, I certainly wouldn't add cashews until just before eating.............just in case anyone thought they might like the cashews!!
