Cheesey Scalloped Potatoes

- 5 large potatoes, peeled & sliced thin shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1-1/4 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese, divided shopping list
- 3/4 Cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 large onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cups milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place a third of the potatoes in a shallow 3qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl combine the flour, salt & pepper; sprinkle half over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle a 1/4 cup of each cheese & half of the onions.
- Repeat another layer, being sure to have some cheese reserved for near the end of baking.
- Top with remaining potatoes.
- Pour milk over it all.
- Cover & bake for 50-60 minutes or until the potatoes are nearly tender.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and cook uncovered for 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted & potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
