Shredded Venison

- 3 lbs venison roast shopping list
- 2 tbsp. oil (vegetable) shopping list
- 2 tsps cayenne pepper (or to your preferred taste) shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour (all-purpose) shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1 (1.25oz package) taco seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- First, mix 1/2 of the taco seasoning packet with the flour and cayenne pepper. With this mixture, coat the venison meat. Next, heat the oil in a large-sized skillet over medium-to-high heat. Then, place the venison roast in the skillet of oil and brown throughly (on both sides). Next, place the meat in a slow cooker, add the water and cook (low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours). When the meat is done, shred with a fork and season to your liking and enjoy!
