Rotten Apple Martini

Ingredients
- The following recipe is from Alison Kent and The Canadian Living Test Kitchen: shopping list
- 1-1/2 oz (40 ml) apple juice shopping list
- 1-1/2 oz (40 ml) vodka shopping list
- 1 oz (30 ml) sour apple schnapps or apple shnapps shopping list
- Garnish: shopping list
- 1 thin half-round slice Granny Smith apple shopping list
- 1 ugly coloured gummi worm shopping list
- Note: It is suggested for best flavour and colour, choose a sour apple liqueur (such as Sour Puss Sour apple). If using a sweet schnapps (such as Berentzen Apflenkorn), add 1 Tbsp. (15ml) lime juice. shopping list
How to make it
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add apple juice, vodka and schnapps; shake vigorously to blend and chill. Strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish:
- With straw, poke a hole in the apple.
- Thread gummi worm through hole.
- Cut slit through apple and place it on the rim of a cocktail glass.
