How to make it

  • start grill or broiler
  • place fish in the middle of a double layer of heavy foil
  • drizzle with oil
  • sprinkle with all the other seasoning
  • fold up foil edges and seal well
  • place on grill or in broiler for 15 minutes
  • ready to serve

    Wow this sounds good, always looking for fish recipes, don't cook a lot of fish, mainly because I don't really know any good recipes. One question though, What kind of fish should I use for this or does it really matter? Not much of a salmon fan.
