  • place onion slices on bottom of slow cooker
  • place chops on onions
  • sprinkle garlic over chops
  • sitr beer and buillon and pour ove all
  • cook on liw for 7-8 hours-untill pork is very tender

    This is in the crock pot as we speak...I'm concerned about the surprising lack of chicken buillon in my house though :( We'll see!
