Ingredients
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • FIRST ICING
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup small marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • SECOND ICING
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Bake cake by directions
  2. Bake in a 9 X 13 cake pan
  3. When done, remove from oven, poke holes in cake with a fork
  4. FIRST ICING
  5. In pan, combine sugar, evaporated milk
  6. Let boil 4 minutes
  7. Remove and add small marshmallows, coconut
  8. Pour over cake
  9. SECOND ICING
  10. In pan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter
  11. Let boil 4 minutes
  12. Remove and add large marshmallows, nuts
  13. Pour over cake
