This is a great frosting to use if you are going to decorate with sprinkles or candy. goes on soft but then stiffens when it sets. Super easy too.
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- ¼ tsp cream of tarter shopping list
- ¼ tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2-½ Cups powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- -Beat egg whites, cream of tarter, and vanilla until foamy.
- -Beat in sugar, beat until frosting stand in a peaks.
- (optional)
- color with food coloring or frosting coloring
