This is a great frosting to use if you are going to decorate with sprinkles or candy. goes on soft but then stiffens when it sets. Super easy too.

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp cream of tarter
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla
  • 2-½ Cups powdered sugar

Directions
  1. -Beat egg whites, cream of tarter, and vanilla until foamy.
  2. -Beat in sugar, beat until frosting stand in a peaks.
  3. (optional)
  4. color with food coloring or frosting coloring
