Spicy Cherry Chicken

- 1T vegetable or olive oil shopping list
- 6 skinless chicken thighs shopping list
- 1/4c frozen apple-cherry juice concentrate shopping list
- 1/4c honey shopping list
- 1t salt shopping list
- 1/2t each gr.cinnamon,and crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4t gr. allspice shopping list
- 1/2c each dried cherries and water shopping list
- 2t cornstarch shopping list
How to make it
- Coat bottom of 9x13 baking pan with oil. Arrange chicken thighs in pan;set aside. In small saucepa, combine juice concentrat,honey,salt and spices;mix well. Bring just to a boil over med-high heat. Remove 1/2c sauce from pan;set aside.
- Pour remaining sauce evenly over chicken in pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 mins. or till chicken is cooked through,turn once
- Remove chicken to serving dish;keep warm. Pour pan drippings into reserved sauce;stir in dried cherries,water and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med-high heat;cook for 1 to 2 mins. or till sauce is thickened;stir frequently. To serve,pour sauce evenly over chicken.
