Ingredients
  • 1# frozen,fish fillets
  • 2 Tbs. soft butter
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp. dried terragon
  • 2 Tbs. toasted almonds

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 400F.
  2. butter bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish
  3. arrange fillets in a single layer
  4. spread remaining butter over fish
  5. sprinkle with lemon juice
  6. mix soup and milk,wine and tarragon and spread evenly over fish
  7. bake for 30 minutes or till fish flakes easily
  8. if fish is not frozen cut cooking time by 5-10 minutes
  9. fish that goes well in this:cod,hallibut,turbo.polock and perch to name a few

Never had fish fixed this way but it does sound great. I'll be trying this soon, puts a different twist on regular fish. Sound fancy!
