- 1# frozen,fish fillets shopping list
- 2 Tbs. soft butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried terragon shopping list
- 2 Tbs. toasted almonds shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 400F.
- butter bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish
- arrange fillets in a single layer
- spread remaining butter over fish
- sprinkle with lemon juice
- mix soup and milk,wine and tarragon and spread evenly over fish
- bake for 30 minutes or till fish flakes easily
- if fish is not frozen cut cooking time by 5-10 minutes
- fish that goes well in this:cod,hallibut,turbo.polock and perch to name a few

Never had fish fixed this way but it does sound great. I'll be trying this soon, puts a different twist on regular fish. Sound fancy!
