How to make it

  • preheat oven to 400F.
  • butter bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish
  • arrange fillets in a single layer
  • spread remaining butter over fish
  • sprinkle with lemon juice
  • mix soup and milk,wine and tarragon and spread evenly over fish
  • bake for 30 minutes or till fish flakes easily
  • if fish is not frozen cut cooking time by 5-10 minutes
  • fish that goes well in this:cod,hallibut,turbo.polock and perch to name a few

    Never had fish fixed this way but it does sound great. I'll be trying this soon, puts a different twist on regular fish. Sound fancy!
