One of the easiest cookies I've ever made aside from rice krispie treats! You don't even have to use more than one measuring cup! They're rich, so you only need to cut small portions.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 cups rice krispies
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions
  1. Grease 8x8 inch pan
  2. 1.) Put peanut butter, corn syrup and chocolate chips into a medium to large sized pot.
  3. 2.) Cook over medium heat until everything is melted together. You don't need to boil these.
  4. 3.) remove from heat and add peanuts & krispies.
  5. 4.) pour into 8x8 inch pan. Let cool, and voila!
