Olive Garden Salad Dressing Recipe

A good replica of that great dressing!

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
- 1/3 C. White Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Romano Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt - or one clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
- If this is a little to tangy your own personal tastes add a little extra sugar
- Use on Olive Garden Salad Mix

This is a great dressing! I did substitute cider vinegar for the white vinegar and added sugar in place of corn syrup. I also used fresh minced garlic. 5 stars!
