PHILLY STUFFED MUSHROOMS

- 2 pounds medium mushoorms shopping list
- 6 tablespoons PARKAY margarine shopping list
- 1 8-ounce package PHILADELPHIA BRAND shopping list
- CreamCheese,softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup (2 OZ.) CRUMBLE KRAFT Natural blue cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chooped onion shopping list
How to make it
- Remove mushroom stems; chop enough sterms to measure 1/2
- cup. Cook half of mushroom caps in 3 tabl. margarine over medium heat (5 min.) drain. Repeat with remaining mushroom caps. and margarine. Com bine cream cheese and blue cheese, mixing until well blended. Stir in chopped stems and onions;fill mushroom caps.Place on cookie sheet; broil until golden brown.

Great recipe. It is the same recipe I use for making my stuffed mushrooms with the exception that I leave out the blue cheese and have cooked, crumbled bacon also. I've probably been making them for Thanksgiving and Christmas for the last 10 years ...more
