Dark Brown Decorators Icing

Just when you thought your favourite sugar cookies couldn't get any better... along comes this excellent royal-icing like mix that is a deep dark brown with a great chocolate flavour and shine after drying hard!
Ingredients
- 1 cup icing sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- 3-5 teaspoons cold, brewed espresso or double-strength coffee shopping list
- 2 teaspoons light corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together icing sugar and cocoa.
- Slowly beat in coffee and corn syrup until icing is smooth and glossy.
- If icing is too thick, add more corn syrup.
- Cover if not using immediately, this dries out fairly quickly.
