Layered Chocolate Tortilla Cake Recipe

This is an unusual recipe that was introduced to me by a friend. It is not exactly like a cake but when put together resembles one. It is very easy to make, delicious and it looks fabulous when served.

Ingredients
- 1 package of large tortillas (flour)
- 11.5 ounce bag of milk chocolate or semi-sweet chips
- 16 ounce container of sour cream
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar (sifted)
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips.
- Add sour cream and confectioners sugar to the melted chocolate chips.
- Mix well to blend.
- Put one tortilla on plate and spread with some of the chocolate mixture.
- Continue to layer the tortillas and chocolate with the chocolate ending up on top.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours (at least) before serving.

I haven't tried this recipe yet. but I put frosting on mine so it cuts the richness of the chocolate.
3/4 c. powdered sugar mixed with 1 pint sourcream
