Yogurt Pancakes

- 3 eggs, separated shopping list
- 2 tbsp corn syrup shopping list
- 2 cups plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup butter, melt 1/2 cup and set aside remaining 1/2 cup shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg whites in medium sized bowl, untl stiff but not dry. set aside.
- Combine egg yolks, corn syrup, yogurt, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl, and mix well. Stir flour and powde into egg mixture, stirring continually to blend. Add melted butter and mix well. Fold in egg whites using mixing spoon or whisk.
- Melt 2 tbsp remaining butter on griddle or in skillet over medium high heat, and reduce heat to medium. Spoon enough batter onto te hot skillet to make thin pancakes about 4 inches wide. Cook until small bubbles appear on surface, about 1 minute, and then flip over and cook second side. When done, transfer to platter, and keep warm.
- Continue making pancakes, adding more butter to the skllet as needed
