This is a different twist to pork chops...makes a great meal...

Ingredients
  • 1 small can Mandarin Oranges (reserve juice)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 4 pork chops

Directions
  1. Mix butter, mustard, juice and sugar; place in a greased baking dish.
  2. Add pork chops and brown in a 375 degree oven.
  3. Turn the chops over; pour the oranges on top.
  4. Cook until tender.
  5. Pears may be subsititued for oranges.
